Order Cancellation Policy: Conditions and Procedures
Our goal is to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, there is a limited time window to make changes or cancellations. Below, we detail the conditions under which you can request to cancel a purchase according to the status of your order.
1. Order Status and Cancellation Feasibility
The possibility of cancellation and the associated costs strictly depend on the point at which your package is in our logistics chain:

2. Detailed Conditions
A. Orders in "Pending" or "Processing" Status
If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, you can cancel it immediately. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
B. Orders "In Preparation"
Once the warehouse team has started packaging or customizing your product, cancellation entails a 5% fee. This amount covers the packaging materials used and the logistical management of returning the item to inventory.
C. "Shipped" Orders
If the package has already left our facilities or is in the hands of the carrier:
You must wait to receive the product or refuse delivery.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
The cost of return shipping to our warehouses will be deducted from your refund.
3. Special Exceptions
There are certain cases where cancellation is not possible under any circumstances once the order is confirmed:
Personalized Products: Items made to order or with specific engravings.
Perishable Products: Food or items with an upcoming expiration date.
Digital Downloads: Software or licenses that have already been sent by email.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To ensure we process your request before the order status changes, follow these steps:
Via Web: Go to "My Orders," select the order, and click the "Request Cancellation" button.
Via Support: If the button is not available, contact technical support immediately and provide your order number.
Confirmation: You will receive an email notifying you if the cancellation was successful or if the order has already advanced to an irreversible stage.
Note: Refunds may take between 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
